Jillian and her daughter Bronte were just excellent with our 3 kids on the farmstay. We stayed 3 nights and the start and end of each of the days, Jillian took the kids, my wife and I for an educational, hands on farming experience to ensure we learned and appreciated the intricacies of the agri industry. As a sheep producer, working farm, Jillian's wealth of knowledge and years of training/ working with animals meant any questions we had, she was able and willing to answer with a friendly smile. We are city slickers through and through, but the weekend opened our eyes to a new appreciation to farming life and of course it was a lot of fun too!

This was our second stay at Jilly Park Farmstay, and it was just as special as the first - maybe even better. Coming back felt so easy and familiar, and we were able to relax straight away. It really reminded us why we wanted to return. The setting is always peaceful and beautiful, with loads of space to explore and enjoy the slower pace of farm life. The accommodation is spotless, comfortable, and really well set up, so it doesn’t take long at all to feel at home. Spending time with Jilly, Bronte, and the animals is still the highlight for us, especially for our kids (aged 2 and 3). The hands‑on, age‑appropriate activities are fantastic - we’ve loved seeing how much more confident our kids have become around the animals, happily joining in with feeding, patting, and everyday farm activities. Watching their confidence grow has been incredibly special. Jilly and Bronte are so warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable, and it’s clear how much care they put into the farm and their animals. You can really feel the love and pride they have for what they do. We don’t usually return to the same place twice unless we really love it, and Jilly Park Farmstay has definitely earned that spot for our family. We’re already looking forward to coming back again and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxed, genuine farmstay - especially with young children

Fantastic experience! Positive: We loved everything! Lovely house in a beautiful, rural location, yet only 10 minutes to Warragul. Comfortable beds, and plenty for breakfast including fresh eggs. Loved feeding all the friendly animals - you can join in as much as you like. And above all, Jilly is an amazing host - we learned so much about life on the farm. Thank you so much!

The experience from the start, Jillian made contact to ensure everything was what we needed. On arrival she welcomed us and ensured we felt at home. The home is a great farm homestead with a cosy atmosphere and excellent facilities. Jillian and Bronte ensured we participated in the jobs around the farm and that we weren't rushed and allowed us to enjoy the experience. Would highly recommend.

The experience with the animals was amazing. The accommodation was excellent and the beds were so comfy.

You won't be disappointed! Positive: The most comfortable holiday house I have ever stayed in. If you've ever been burnt by a property with cheapie furniture, not enough seating, cups etc for the number of beds - you will be VERY happy to book this property. Kitchen is well equipped with cooking equipment and utensils. We were having Christmas dinner here, so I packed my own salad serving spoons and a sharp knife to carve the ham. Found the house supplied these - sharp knives are so rare in holiday houses! Jilly Park has a large lounge/couch and dining table, plenty of room for a bigger group, and enough crockery and mugs for everyone. Breakfast supplies were top quality and ample for our group of 5. Farm tour was lovely. We saw a lot of animals and held chicks that were only 1 day old (we live nearby, so the farm wasn't the primary reason for booking, but was a good addition to a holiday house stay). Although it was around 37 degrees Celcius during our stay, the temperature in the house was very comfortable and each bedroom has a ceiling fan. Loved our 2 night stay and would definitely book again.

his is all about the experience and I would highly recommend it to everyone. Farmer Jillian is so passionate and knowledgeable which she was effortlessly able to pass on to us and our kids (4, 6, 8) through hands on experiences. This is everything you would want in a farm stay experience. We really enjoyed the daily farm routine where we helped tend to the baby Guinea pigs, chickens, baby lambs, Freckles the cow, goats. There was still plenty of time for us to relax and wind down too. We will be back for sure and as soon as possible.

I enjoyed my stay, the whole experience was wonderful Positive: The whole experience was amazing. Jillian we wonderful with our girls and she made them really feel apart of the daily chores with the animals. Our girls loved it. Our oldest wants to go back every weekend now.

The amenities were great and host was amazing. The hands on farm experience was the best thing of all. Jillian is warm and welcoming and the kids loved helping her perform farm chores. The education and experience of farm life was great for adults and kids.

The farm stay with Jillian was wonderful. The house we stayed was spacious and comfortable. The view was spectacular. Jillian was so kind, experienced and patience to us. She explained the farm routine to my kids in detail. My kids enjoyed feeding the chickens, sheep, guinea pigs. We were lucky enough to see sheep shearing. We had a unforgettable stay in Jilly farm and highly recommend to farm with kids.

The kids had a fantastic time doing the farm chores and getting to do the pony ride. Jilly is an amazing host, incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, she's amazing with the children too. The farm house is huge, has everything you need. Would highly recommend.

Very enjoyable and educational Jillian’s knowledge of farming is obviously excellent and she was great at dealing with our grandchildren and getting them involved. The location is very good and the town of Warragul is close by for supermarket shopping, coffee shops etc. The continental breakfast provided was very adequate The children loved all the toys, building blocks, puzzles and outdoor equipment they had access to. Negative: The crockery and cutlery was a bit grubby and we had to wash most of the things before we could use them. A second toilet would have been appreciated.

Not you typical Farm experience..sensational Positive: The beds are super comfy..the house is gorgeous..far more than a typical Farm House. Views from every room are wonderful. Morning breakfast of local produce was amazing..topped off with the fresh eggs we collected our breaky! Farm animals are so well cared..which makes them sooo friendly. Jillian gave us heaps of info on Farm life and we learned how many of our foods are produced. Wish we stayed much longer.

An amazing weekend away, a very relaxing and informative farmstay! Positive: Our stay at Jilly park farm was a very special and memorable one! Jill went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. My four year old loved helping out with the morning and evening farm chores, feeding the cows and the goats and the horses, collecting the eggs from the coop. She had her first ever pony ride with sweet Gingy, and spent her afternoon chasing and playing with Gem, Jill's pup. Jill has a beautiful place and animals, we hope to come back soon 🙂

What set this place apart were friendly animals that added a unique touch, perfect for families. Pom Pom was my favourite. I highly recommend this hidden gem for a wonderful blend of hospitality, cleanliness, and unforgettable experiences.

10/10 this is by far one of the best experiences we have had! Positive: Our family has the most amazing experience here. From the moment we arrived our kids discovered the big verandah with bikes and scooters to zoom around on. We were able to collect fresh chicken eggs, hold baby chicks, cuddle cute Guinea pigs, pat the goats and give the horses some treats! Jillian provided a wealth of knowledge on the animals for both our children and us so that we were able to learn heaps! We were able to come inside to light a lovely fire in the lounge relax after the day on the farm and the electric blankets were just a great touch to all the rooms. We can’t wait to come back again soon, this place truly is a fantastic experience.
